Young Professional Committee

The SPE London Young Professional committee is focused on creating events aimed at E&P professionals under 35 years old and/or with less than 10 years industry experience. The group’s intention is to create useful and fun technical, networking and social events for members, as well as providing invaluable links to students considering joining the industry.

Events and functions include:

  • Contact with UK universities through the Ambassador Lecture Programme
  • Student Paper contest and campus visits in collaboration with SPE London, our parent organisation’s Board and SPE panel sessions.
  • Social and networking events

Plus field trips, technical events and non-technical discussions to impart industry insight.
